Four New Townhouses In The Works For Degraw Street

Here is a bit of news from Degraw Street. H Holding Group of Key Gardens, a real estate investment and development firm founded by Sharon Hakmon, is going to build five four-story townhouses on an site between Hoyt and Bond Streets, that had previously been used as a parking lot.

According to an illustration on a sign hung on the fence surrounding the lot, the homes will have stoops and cornices.

There is no mention of the projects on the firm's web site yet and there isi no indication whether these will be one family homes or if hey will be divided into 4 units each.
